DTLA Civil Litigation Paralegal - Am Law 200 Firm

Established civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join its Downtown Los Angeles office. The ideal Civil Litigation Paralegal candidate will have 3+ years of law firm paralegal experience, strong civil litigation experience, and the ability to manage cases through discovery and trial. Civil Litigation Paralegal candidates should have experience summarizing medical and employment records, drafting litigation-related documents, managing records and subpoenas, and working in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail. Civil Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters through discovery and trial preparation
• Prepare subpoenas and track records requests and responses
• Summarize medical records, employment records, and discovery responses
• Review and organize case files, records, and deposition transcripts
• Draft motions, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required
• 3+ years of law firm paralegal experience
• Civil litigation experience required
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with iManage experience preferred
